Industrial Adventure Session - finding beauty in the grit

"There's beauty in the grit", they say, and I took that quite literally. In between the tradition of their civil wedding and the high energy of their big garden wedding, I planned something completely different for Barbara & Thomas. 

We spent the afternoon navigating an industrial wasteland - a rather unconventional choice, I know - where massive coal mounds formed a dramatic backdrop for their Adventure Session. There's something incredibly cinematic about finding beauty in the most unexpected places.
