Because I like to pretend I'm always on top of things and because I don't want to bother you with the same questions over and over again, I made this short questionnaire. It helps me keep an overview on your wedding day. Fill out this form as detailed as possible. Each and every wedding is unique, so the who/what/where/when's are really important for me so I don't miss any meaningful moments.
