Proud to announce I recently became a member of 1% for the Planet!

@1percentftp is a global network founded on the idea that a company has a responsibility to give back for use of our planet’s resources. All of its members donate at least 1% of their annual revenue to environmental causes that support people and our planet.

As a photographer who spends a lot of time outdoors, I strongly believe in the importance of taking my responsibility for the environment. The Outdoors are more than just an epic backdrop for photos, so supporting environmental work and humanitarian efforts have been a part of my business since day 1.

By joining @1percentFTP, I truly hope other (small) entrepreneurs allow themselves to see the bigger picture, so they realize we can create a world of difference by collectively taking action.

I photographed this wedding in July 2023 - and although I don’t like to pick favorites, this one was a day I will cherish forever for multiple reasons. It was soul-stirring, overwhelming in the best possible way, and so - much - fun. Seriously, Palestinians know how to party. Since October 7, not a day has gone by that I haven’t thought about these 2 amazing human beings, their loving friends and amazing family. Wishing them nothing but relief, peace and joy. I’ve been saying it for almost 200 days, but I’ll say it again and again and again: #ceasefirenow 🍉
